We had a gethering in Tun Ahminah for Chinese tea, talking about Chinese tea, it used to be either beer or brandy in the party, but now we are old and two can't drink any beer or brandy because of medical problems.

Not Going Home

I have decided that I am not going home instead staying back till 26.11.09 for next treatment before I could go to Egypt.

Germany - Inspection

The machines I inspected look ok. but some of the parts were already obselted like hydralic Gob Distributor and pushers.

25 - 29 Germany

It has been set 25th of October 2009 till 28th of October 2009 are the dates to go Germany for machine inspection.

500 ml Coke

From CG he came and asked about the weight of 500 ml coke.
I got the Parison layout drawing from DH and told him the weight is 415 grams.
Mean time I told him that for the start, it would be better to maaintain the weight and could be reduced later.

News From India

There was news from HG that the said machine 35 was running OK, so he said it has to take some time for him to think over which I think it is very slim.

I have a good news, Euro 6000.00 going to Germany for 5 days, I have to buy a business class to and fro ticket for used machines and parts inspection and negotiation.

Line35 wanted to start up production, but there are lot of things not done yet:
The neck ring not squared, the blow head mechanism no cushion, the funnel mechanisms no cushion, the feeder plunger needs a line to the plunger spring cylinder, and the shear air spring cylinder not mounted, the scoop water cooling, the 90 degree pusher not on the 90 angles.

The production of 500 ml on this line was bad, because the machine condition was very bad shape.

Strike Make The Meeting Unreal

Because of the pilot went on strike, it has make our meeting unrealistic.

500 ml Bottle

The production of this bottle I used 500 instead of 470 degrees of process time to produce a good bottle.

We met today and explained about IS machine to Umbra, I think they don't have the market of bottle and they have to wait unit 2 years unit first 80ton furnace has commissioned and then they will turn the second furnace in amber then they would consider IS machine.

Went to MG with Hubert Yen this afternoon to meet KT Foo, in the meeting Foo told me tha he has been called by Gorge Baruch to work with him in the Egypt. But due to his long period in MG so he dare not resign so I asked him to give me a trial??

Today we quoted a 6 sections machine with servo gob distributor (Overhauled), T300 timing control, 317 pusher & 5 drive motors for 2.5 million ringgit.
Inside my hearth I felt guilty towards KK. Hope he will understand and forgive me

SK just come and tells me that I am going to tell KK Wong to help me to access about Mr. Hubert Yen case, as a second option.

My Dream!?

I hope that is not a dream but I dream to make IS machine.

New Idea?

I was asked to fly to Taiwan to see for myself by JYH-LIH Young boss Mr. Hubert Yen. To my surprise, I saw with my own eyes one IS made by him is producing beer bottles in Taiwan Government glass plant. Even though some of the electronic timing control and pusher and drives are not him. But it works.
